After you apply you will receive an email to confirm your application has been submitted.

3. Screening & Shortlisting
Your application, education, and experience will be reviewed and screened against the criteria laid out in the posting.
Only applicants who best match the requirements will be contacted via phone and/or email to outline the next phase of the recruitment process.
4. Assessment & Interviewing
Candidates may be invited to participate in skills or aptitude testing prior to an interview.
Interviews at OPG are behavioural based and conducted by a panel. We will prepare you with as much information as possible ahead of time and we encourage you to come with questions of your own to get to know OPG and the hiring team better.
5. Job Offer
Congratulations! Once you have been identified as the successful candidate, a conditional offer of employment will be made. Our offer includes details about the role as well as compensation/benefits to help you make an informed decision.
6. Pre-Employment Conditions
Your employment offer is conditional on you obtaining a security clearance, employment references and education/designation verifications (as applicable).
7. Onboarding
After your employment conditions are met, we determine a start date. Your hiring manager and our onboarding team will make sure you have everything you need for your first day.
